Do you offer tastings? Yes! I hold tastings/consultations for wedding cakes serving more than 50 guests by appointment at my studio in Sterling.  There is a $30 tasting fee. Appointments can be made weekdays {Wednesday-Friday between 11am-4pm} as well as Saturdays 10am-2pm {wedding cake deliveries permitting}.

Take Home Tasting Boxes. For weddings with less than 50 guests {or any other special events}  I offer take-home sample boxes of 4 flavors {your choice from available flavors} for $20 with 48 hours notice. 

How long will it last? Typically, tastings/consultations last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. 

How many flavors do we get to try? Before your appointment I ask you choose 4 cake flavor combinations {here's the list of available cake flavors}.
      - What if I'm thinking cupcakes? Cupcake tastings are done a little differently {cupcake flavors}, so please let me know if you're wanting cupcakes!

How many people can I bring? I can comfortably accommodate 2-4 people. Please let me know prior to the tasting how many people will be attending.

How early should I set up a tasting for my wedding? Most couples contact me about 4-6 months out from their big day- and this is perfect! I prefer not to book tastings for weddings more than 9 months in advance. 

What should I bring? Feel free to bring along any cake photos or inspirations that you've seen during your planning- this includes color swatches, Pinterest boards, invitations, etc. It's also helpful to come with a cake budget in mind, so we can work with what you want to spend.
